Jess and Nat’s purpose is to support women in having a better relationship with movement and their bodies. They're both passionate about educating women around the well-being benefits of movement which in turn empowers them.
Nat, originally from France, has been in the fitness industry since 2013. She believes there’s no such thing as ‘girl push-ups’, and is driven to support women in owning their strength - not apologising for it. Nat embraces her very awkward and often random side despite her role as a fitness leader!
Jess is a mum of two teenage boys and has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. Her first career was as a model, but after having her second child she fell into fitness and works in it full time. Despite having very little knowledge of rugby she finds herself having to watch it, a lot! She appreciates wine, yoga, and the balance of each.
