A program about mindfulness, meditations, EFT tapping and other tools to help guide you through not only difficult experiences such as trauma, anxiety and grief but also through the everyday ups and downs, challenges and changes of daily life.
Each episode will consist of short stories based on personal experiences, some music and practical exercises and meditations.
Host Sue Beach from Lifeboat is trying to help guide people to live more mindfully so that we can create more connections with humanity and the earth itself . Building resilience with compassion for ourselves and others in our quickly changing and evolving world .
