About Ed Swift
Hi there! I'm Ed and I present Plains FM Mornings. I was born in Lower Hutt, raised in Auckland, now living in Christchurch and I'm loving it down here. Over the past 9 months I've been producing the show and doing a number of other things around the station, but I'm really enjoying presenting one of the last local radio shows in Canterbury.
Feel free to get in touch with us and follow us on Facebook (we'll let you know what's coming up on the show and have some exclusive giveaways)

'Come Fly With Me' Promotion
The Canterbury Recreational Aircraft Club and Plains FM Mornings are teaming up to give something back to the community. We're offering a one hour flight (which can be extended depending on weather and instructor) to someone who has done something deserving in the community. The package includes a full briefing and introduction to flying from a qualified Instructor, a flight with them in a range of planes to cater for nearly anyone* and if suitable taking control of the aircraft (Instructors decision). They'll also receive a photo and certificate confirming the flight to take home. It's an awesome package and we'll be giving away one a month!
To nominate someone, email mornings@plainsfm.org.nz or call us on (03) 365 7997, let us know who you are, who the person is, contact details for both of you, and in about 100 words or less why they are deserving of this package. SIMPLE!
