Food Fit With Dr Nick

Dr Nick Kimber has worked with thousands of people as a nutrition leader and sports scientist, empowering them to move from a lack of motivation with their food and exercise to being lean, fit, energised and healthy.

He has four degrees completed over 12 years of study, the highest being a PhD specialising in post-exercise skeletal muscle fat metabolism from Deakin University in Melbourne.

He has developed his own systemised way of eating called the NutriFit Program, published studies in peer-reviewed journals and presented research at international conferences.

He has extensive experience as a university and fitness industry educator and excelled as an athlete, receiving a bronze medal for mountain biking in the World Masters Games.

Currently he is launching The Elevation Academy, a three month program helping male professionals lift their nutrition and fitness to new heights so they can live a more inspired, productive and prolonged life.
Food Fit with Dr Nick is 25 minutes long and broadcast every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 9:30am.
